The USP Tactical is the enhanced version of the USP, developed for users who need the features found on the HK Mark 23 in a more compact pistol. It approaches Mark 23 precision through an extended threaded barrel and adjustable target-type sights. This is the full-size 9mm model, built on the USP 9mm/40 frame.

The barrel is 4.86 inches of black steel with a threaded muzzle for a suppressor or muzzle device.

The V1 designation refers to the trigger group: double action/single action with a combination safety and decocking lever, frame mounted on the left side. Controls are configured for right-hand operation.

The slide is serrated black steel. The frame is black polymer with an accessory rail, and the grip is black polymer with a serrated trigger guard.

Chambered in 9mm Luger at 15+1, supplied with two 15-round magazines.
