16-Inch Stainless Recon Barrel

The rifle uses a 16-inch stainless steel Recon barrel with a mid-length gas system. The gas block is a .750-inch low-profile unit pinned directly to the barrel.

The 16-inch barrel keeps the rifle within a standard carbine-length format while the stainless construction identifies it as the Recon barrel configuration used in this model.

Gen4 Receiver Set

The upper and lower receivers are Gen4 components machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. The lower incorporates ambidextrous bolt-release and magazine-release functions.
