The FAB Defense SPIKE is a precision-oriented bipod designed for rifles equipped with an M-LOK handguard. Its defining feature is the combination of independently adjustable legs with a rotating head that provides both pan and tilt movement, giving the shooter a stable support platform while still allowing controlled movement behind the rifle.

The SPIKE uses a hybrid construction that combines hardened steel, 6061-T6 aluminum, and high-performance polymer components. The M-LOK version mounts directly to a compatible M-LOK interface, eliminating the need to add a separate Picatinny rail section before installing the bipod.

Four-Position Leg System

Each SPIKE leg can be locked at 0, 45, 90, or 135 degrees. This gives the shooter more control over rifle height and footprint than a bipod limited to a single deployed angle. The wider 45- and 135-degree positions can be useful when a lower or broader support stance is needed, while the conventional 90-degree position provides the standard upright bipod configuration.

Leg length is also independently adjustable, allowing the rifle to be leveled on uneven terrain. The height range is approximately 180 mm to 290 mm when the legs are positioned at 90 degrees.

Pan and Tilt Adjustment

The SPIKE head provides approximately 60 degrees of horizontal pan and 20 degrees of tilt. These movements can be left free for controlled target tracking or locked when a more rigid firing position is preferred.

This adjustable head allows the shooter to make small directional and cant corrections without repositioning the bipod feet each time the rifle needs to move.

Leg Construction and Adjustment

The inner legs use a rectangular profile rather than a conventional round tube. This geometry is intended to increase rigidity and stability. Leg extension is handled by pulling the leg down to the desired position, while a push-button release allows rapid shortening.

Rubberized feet provide traction on common shooting surfaces and can be replaced without tools. Alternate replacement feet can also be used when a different interface with the ground is preferred.
