Agilite K-Zero Plate Carrier

The Agilite K-Zero Plate Carrier is a low-profile modular carrier designed to support common rifle plates while keeping bulk and unnecessary structure to a minimum. It combines a one-size adjustable cummerbund, integrated cable management, placard compatibility, and strategically placed closed-cell padding in a streamlined carrier platform.

The K-Zero uses Agilite's V-shaped shoulder geometry to distribute the carried load across multiple contact points instead of concentrating pressure in a smaller area. Low-profile padding is positioned around the carrier to add support without significantly increasing the profile around the shoulders or plate bags.

The included cummerbund can be adjusted while the carrier is being worn and supports both internal and external equipment mounting. The rear hook-and-loop interface is also compatible with the Agilite Warfighter Cummerbund and other compatible hook-and-loop cummerbund systems.

Plate Bag Sizing

The K-Zero uses a one-size cummerbund, while the plate bags are offered in Medium and Large. Carrier size should be selected according to the dimensions of the armor plates rather than clothing size.

• Medium: Fits most 10x12-inch and SAPI Medium plates or smaller
• Large: Intended for SAPI Large and other larger plates within the supported dimensional limits

Agilite specifies compatibility with common plate cuts including SAPI, ESAPI, Shooter's Cut, and Swimmer's Cut. Because plate dimensions and thickness can vary between manufacturers, the actual armor measurements should be checked before installation.
