I was skeptical reading all the negative reviews about Botach on sites other than Botach. There are LOTS of negative reviews on other sites including the BBB. I was doubtful but I decided to go ahead and I placed an order for 2 shotguns on 1/11. These guns immediately went “out of stock” on the Botach website. At that point I was not optimistic that I would actually receive the guns. I received the email for my FFL dealer that same day and sent that information that day. At that point, I decided to be patient and just wait. Having paid with my credit card, I could always dispute the charge if it ever posted. I was patient and 13 days later, on 1/24, I received an email saying that a shipping label was created. But nothing was shipped yet. One day later, I checked and the order had shipped and at that point the charges posted on my credit card account. The guns arrived at on 1/30 at my FFL dealer. Brand new, just as advertised. Everything was good. For my order, it was a great price and I had time to wait. So, other than it taking several days for my order to be filled, I was satisfied.
