Pixels on Target VooDoo-S Thermal Imaging System – US-DOE Model

The Pixels on Target VooDoo-S is a next-generation, weapons-mountable micro thermal imaging system built for observation, search and rescue, and demanding tactical applications. Weighing less than 10 ounces, the VooDoo-S combines a sharp 640 × 480 thermal image, rapid startup, multiple viewing modes, and rugged MIL-STD-810G construction in a compact, easy-to-use platform.

This US-DOE model does not include an installed laser. Lasers are not visible through thermal imaging.

Versatile Thermal Optic

The VooDoo-S supports multiple configurations for mission-specific use:

• Weapons mounting with a Wilcox QD/flip-to-side mount

• Helmet mounting with a Wilcox bridge mount

• Monocular or binocular thermal configurations

• Compatibility with daytime optics up to 8× magnification

Precision and Accuracy

Engineered for accuracy of less than 0.5 MOA at 100 yards, the VooDoo-S delivers precise performance in a lightweight thermal optic. During accuracy testing, five rounds of 5.56 ammunition were fired through a single 5.56 shell case used to simulate a thermal target at 25 yards.

Shock-Tested Durability

The VooDoo-S is designed to withstand the recoil of small-arms platforms. It was tested with 500 rounds of 7.62 × 51 NATO ammunition through a SCAR 17 Heavy, with no reported failure or shift in bullet impact.
