    x300 mount for Colt 6940

    I was looking to place my light in the same position as my Colt 6920 w/ VTAC rail. The 6940 really limits where you can mount a light and I was wanting to reuse my x300 at the 12 o clock position. I took a chance with this mount and was very impressed. I used it for a week long class with a round count of approx. 1,500 rounds. I checked the mount periodically for movement/wiggle, but still haven't found any. It is just as solid as when I installed it (using blue lock tite). Can't think of any negatives for this mount. I did not use the QD socket, so I can't comment on that. Fast shipping, overall very impressed!
