The M14SCSB (Stripper Clip Sight Base) is a 1913 Picatinny Rail insert specifically designed for use on Mil-Spec M1/M14 rifles that are installed in a SAGE EBR Chassis Stock System.

It works
Ran it at the range. No issues, held zero. Red dot was not hit at all. I took my time with the install. A lot of filing and fitting. I used a bastard file. Once it could almost fit into place I banged it into position with plastic/rubber mallet. I also used loctite. Good product

Sight mount
Not cut precise, I had to somewhat force the mount into the M1a dovetail. Not ideal, I realize that you want some resistance for good contact between the tails, but it could be cut alittle better. Was somewhat disappointed, but overall got it in there and have a red dot mounted.

Stripper clip sight base
Took about 5 minutes with a file to fit it in the groove but once in place it is rock solid. Great mount for the price.

Solid construction but it Does Not drop in. It’s has to be fit and centered.

Sight base works
Pretty awesome very pleased with it, machined well fits great easy instal, just be sure to use blue thread locker.

Great Attachment
Great buy, but not even close to a direct fit out the box. Filing most likely required.

Excellent product
Shipping was fast and the mount is excellent. It took a bit of filing to fit properly, but overall it’s worth it. Only took about 15 mins to fit.

M1A stripper clip rail
Mount was a little big and had to file the mount down a little. But I got it to fit. We shall see how it holds up on the range!
