The HK CC9 (H294) is the micro-compact 9mm in the line. Striker-fired, 3.32 inch cold hammer forged barrel, 18.4 ounces, and 0.99 inches across the slide.

That width number is the one that matters. Under an inch is what determines whether a gun disappears under a shirt or prints along the beltline, and everything else on a carry pistol is negotiable against it.

Height is the other carry dimension, and this ships configured both ways. The flush 10-round magazine puts it at 4.60 inches. The extended 12-rounder takes it to 4.92 and buys two rounds plus a full-finger grip. Same gun, two profiles, and you decide per day rather than per purchase.

The slide is cut to the RMSc footprint, which is the most common micro red dot pattern in circulation, so most sub-compact optics mount directly with no plate. The cover plate and mounting screws are in the box.

Sights are set up for fighting: tritium front, blacked-out serrated rear. Front focus, no competing dots, works in low light where a carry gun actually gets used.

Interchangeable backstraps on a frame this size is uncommon and worth using. A micro-compact that fits your hand poorly is a micro-compact you shoot poorly.

Safeties are internal. Trigger safety, firing pin block, out-of-battery, and drop safety. No manual lever to defeat under stress.
