The Half Face Blades Disaster Folder features an anodized gray 7075-T6 aluminum handle, a black nitride-coated CPM S45VN blade, and a distinctive grenade-stippled grip for a secure feel. Built as an aluminum monolithic folder with an integral button lock, it measures 8.2 inches open and 4.7 inches closed, with a 3.5-inch blade, 0.14-inch blade thickness, and a total weight of 4 oz. The blade is heat treated to 58–60 HRC for reliable durability and edge performance.

Designed for convenient carry, the handle features Type III hard coat anodizing and measures 0.5 inches wide. A hand-formed 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium deep-carry pocket clip uses the Spyderco standard three-hole pattern, while three #2-56 x 3/16-inch T6 Torx drive screws complete the construction.
