Overview
The FailZero FZ-7.62X39-01-NH is a fully assembled, drop-in ready 7.62x39 Bolt Carrier Group coated in FailZero's patented EXO Nickel Boron technology and purpose-built for AR-15 platform rifles chambered in 7.62x39mm Soviet. This is the BCG that takes the already-demanding 7.62x39 caliber and gives it the corrosion resistance, dry lubricity, and durability it demands, while adding critical upgrades that solve the most common reliability issues in 7.62x39 AR builds.
The no-hammer configuration makes this BCG ideal for complete builds and upgrades where the trigger group and hammer are already installed or sourced separately.
Upgraded Extractor Hardware
The extractor assembly on the FZ-7.62X39-01-NH goes beyond standard mil-spec with an upgraded heavy extractor spring, silicone insert, and O-ring that together deliver increased extraction tension. This enhanced extractor hardware ensures positive, reliable extraction of 7.62x39 cases including steel-cased ammunition, which can present extraction challenges for standard extractor setups due to the lack of brass case elasticity.
