Benelli M4 5-Pos GR 18.5" 7+1 w/ Night Sights #11732 New Style
Here is the newest of the new Benelli M4 #11732. This is the brand new model with the 5-Position, straight telescoping stock and the Multirail, modular front rail for picatinny rail sections. This shotgun is in 12 gauge and has an 18.5 inch barrel. The capacity on this shotgun is 7+1. For sights, there are a set of ghost ring sights installed on the receiver and barrel, as well as a picatinny optic mount on the top of the receiver. This shotgun is so new that you may not even be able to find it on Benelli's website. Customer service/ correct item received
Did not receive night sights as indicated with order. Been waiting 2.5 weeks so far for sales to “review pictures?” Not sure how it takes 13 plus business days to look at a picture and still waiting. Also confirming customer service got email or pictures, or responding to a question such as when did you send pictures to BENELLI takes days to respond to… Haven’t tested gun yet due to not complete order. Looks good but waiting.

Gun and customer service
No issues with gun so far other than didn’t include night sight as indicated. Customer service so far a 0-5.Twice I sent pictures and said didn’t get. Finally they get and after a week of business days they say the other team is reviewing pictures? Not sure what there is to review for 5 days on pictures of a missing sight. Now they mention I need pictures of factory label but been a day waiting to confirm what they want. Overall product appears good so far. Haven’t used since have not got my full order. Customer service 0. Will update if applicable and warranted. Currently I would be Leary working with this site again
