Agilite MD2 Compact Trauma IFAK Pouch

The Agilite MD2 Compact Trauma IFAK Pouch is a low-profile medical pouch designed to keep trauma supplies organized and accessible while occupying minimal space on a battle belt. Its ambidextrous deployment system allows the internal medical load to be accessed from either side.

An integrated external tourniquet holder and dedicated 6-inch trauma shears holder keep two frequently accessed medical components outside the main compartment. Inside, four organizational pockets provide dedicated storage for medical supplies, along with a separate position for a decompression needle or marker.

The MD2 uses Agilite's Micro MOLLE attachment system for belt-mounted setups. An optional plate carrier hanger attachment is available separately for users who want to position the MD2 beneath a compatible plate carrier.

Medical Supply Organization

The MD2 is designed around a compact trauma loadout while keeping frequently accessed equipment organized. Agilite specifies internal space for items such as gloves, a hypothermia blanket, pressure bandage, packing gauze, medical tape, nasopharyngeal airway, and compact chest seals.

The external tourniquet and trauma shears positions preserve internal space while keeping those items accessible without opening the main pouch.

Mounting Options

The MD2 uses a Micro MOLLE attachment system designed for compact mounting on compatible battle belts and MOLLE platforms.

For plate carrier use, Agilite offers a separate hanger attachment that allows the MD2 to be configured beneath a compatible carrier.
