Slice Industrial Ceramic Blades 4/Pack

The Slice^® 10538 Industrial Blade (Rounded Tip) comes installed in our industrial knives, which are intended to tackle deeper cuts into thick materials like insulation and foam. 10538 is also compatible with the upcoming 10599 Long-Handled Scraper. Total blade length is 12 centimeters (4.72 inches). Once installed in our 10559 or 10560 handles, the blade extends for a cutting depth of 7.6 centimeters (2.99 inches). The rounded-tip offers extra protection against accidental punctures, while our safer finger-friendly^® edge is safer to touch than standard blades. As with all Slice blades, the 10538 Industrial Blade is non-magnetic, non-sparking, non-conductive, chemically inert, and never rusts.

The Slice^® 10539 Industrial Blade is an optional replacement blade featuring a pointed tip designed to initiate a clean cut. This extra long blade (12 cm or 4.72 inches) is ideal for cutting thick materials, such as insulation batts and foam used in manufacturing processes. As with all Slice blades, it has a finger-friendly^® edge that lasts up to 11 times longer than steel, but is much safer to touch than traditionally made blades (whether metal or ceramic). In addition, the Slice 10539 blade is non-sparking, non-magnetic, non-conductive, chemically inert, and never rusts.

The Slice^® 10540 Industrial Blades (Serrated) add new functionality to our industrial knives. Their serrated edge is ideal for applications that require sawing—it also continues the Slice safety tradition by featuring our patent-pending finger-friendly^® grind. As with all Slice blades, the 10540 lasts up to 11 times longer than comparable metal blades. This longevity reduces the number of blade changes and lowers the cost of ownership. In addition, these blades are non-sparking, non-conductive, and chemically inert. They have no oil coating and require no maintenance.
