The Rapid Assault Tools 14" Mini Sledgehammer with a fiberglass handle is a durable and high-performance tool, proudly Made in the USA. Its forged tool steel head features a clear lacquer finish to resist rust and corrosion. The precision-machined striking face is designed with the proper radius and chamfer (bevel) to enhance safety and performance.
For superior strength, the head is heat-treated after machining, ensuring an increased depth of hardness (Rc 46-54 Rockwell) for safety and toughness—unlike competitors' tools that prioritize appearance over durability.
The 14-inch American-made fiberglass handle features a pultrusion construction with a molded grip, providing comfort and control during use. The handle is epoxy bonded to the bare metal eye, forming an extremely strong chemical and mechanical bond for long-lasting durability.
This hammer meets or exceeds ASME B107.54-2001 standards, ensuring professional-grade quality, safety, and reliability.
