Original SWAT 177503 Alpha Fury 8" Side-Zip Coyote Boots

Original SWAT 177503 Alpha Fury 8" Side-Zip Coyote Boots

The Original SWAT 177503 Alpha Fury 8" Side-Zip is built for users who want the support and coverage of a full-height tactical boot without the heavy feel of a traditional duty boot. Its lightweight construction, flexible forefoot, and side-zip entry make it well suited for long shifts, training, security work, and other applications where mobility and all-day wear matter.

The Coyote upper combines quick-drying polyester mesh with microfiber PU to keep weight down while maintaining the structure expected from an 8-inch tactical boot. A no-stitch forefoot allows the front of the boot to flex more naturally, giving the Alpha Fury a feel closer to an athletic shoe than a rigid leather boot.

Built for Long Hours on Your Feet

Underfoot, the Alpha Fury uses a dual-density EVA midsole with a dedicated shock-absorption zone to help manage repeated impact during extended wear. A nylon shank is molded into the midsole to add support through the center of the foot without adding excessive weight.

The stationary Achilles Cushion adds padding and stability around the rear of the ankle, while custom-molded thermoplastic components reinforce the heel counter and toe box. Together, these features give the boot added structure where it is needed while preserving the lighter feel that defines the Alpha Fury platform.

Fast Entry and a Secure Fit

The side zipper makes it easier to get the boots on and off without completely resetting the laces each time. Original SWAT's UFit rapid-lacing system helps create a secure, close fit around the foot, while the gusseted tongue helps keep dirt and debris from entering through the front of the boot.

The slip-resistant rubber outsole is designed for dependable traction on common work surfaces and meets the EN ISO 20347:2022 SR slip-resistance standard. The boot also uses airport-friendly construction, making it a practical option for personnel who regularly move through security checkpoints.
