Overview
Called to action, made for agility.
In the field, conditions can change on a dime. You'll be ready for whatever the job requires in the Instinct Tactical. It combines the durability Danner boots are known for with an active fit and lightweight platform to provide comfort on the move. A waterproof Danner® Dry lining blocks out rain and snow, while a side zip lets you get in and out quickly. The polishable toe is uniform compliant.
Polishable Full-Grain Leather and Ripstop Nylon Upper
To reduce the weight of the boot, we combine our smooth, full-grain leather with incredibly strong ripstop nylon. This durable upper is completely polishable.
Danner Dry
100% waterproof barrier allows moisture to escape without letting water in, keeping your feet dry and comfortable all day long.
Side Zip
Get in and out of your boots faster with this semi-locking side zipper. It locks itself closed when its zipped up, yet easily releases when you pull the zipper down.
PerfX™ Footbed
PerfX™ polyurethane footbed offers lightweight cushioning, lasting durability and breathability.
Boundlite Midsole
Our low density polyurethane technology offers fatigue reduction and superior rebound.
Danner® Instinct Outsole
This slip-resistant outsole features omnidirectional lugs for agile traction while maintaining stability at any speed.
How It Fits
Inspired from trail running, the DT6 last features an 8mm offset from heel to toe with slightly more width in the forefoot for stability and a good-looking, everyday-wearable aesthetic.
