Overview
Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 20GA 28" Realtree Max-5 Semi-Auto Shotgun | 10345
The Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 10345 is a lightweight 20-gauge semi-automatic waterfowl shotgun built around fast handling, dependable cycling, and field-ready features. This configuration combines a 28-inch barrel, 3-inch chamber, 3+1 capacity, Realtree Max-5 camouflage, ComforTech 3 stock, and Benelli's proven Inertia Driven operating system.
The 20-gauge SBE 3 gives hunters the familiar feel and features of the Super Black Eagle platform in a lighter package. At approximately 5.9 pounds, it is quick to shoulder, easy to carry through the marsh, and well suited to hunters who want a smaller-gauge waterfowl gun without giving up the ergonomics and reliability of the SBE 3.
Realtree Max-5 Waterfowl Configuration
The 10345 is finished in Realtree Max-5 camouflage, a pattern developed around marshes, wetlands, reeds, and other common waterfowl environments.
The camouflaged synthetic furniture gives the shotgun a field-oriented appearance while maintaining the durable construction expected from a hard-use hunting shotgun.
Benelli Inertia Driven System
At the heart of the Super Black Eagle 3 is Benelli's Inertia Driven operating system. Rather than routing propellant gases back into the action, the system uses recoil energy to cycle the shotgun.
This helps keep combustion residue away from the operating components and simplifies routine cleaning and maintenance. The system also helps the 20-gauge SBE 3 remain light and well balanced compared with many gas-operated semi-automatic shotguns.
3" Chamber
The 10345 is chambered for both 2¾-inch and 3-inch 20-gauge ammunition, giving hunters flexibility across a wide range of field and waterfowl loads.
The 3-inch chamber provides the added versatility many waterfowl hunters want while preserving the lighter handling characteristics of the 20-gauge platform.
28" Field Barrel
The 28-inch barrel gives the SBE 3 a smooth swing and familiar balance for passing birds, flooded timber, and open-water hunting.
Combined with the light overall weight of the 20-gauge platform, the longer barrel provides a useful balance between steady movement and quick handling.
ComforTech 3 Stock
The Super Black Eagle 3 uses Benelli's ComforTech 3 recoil-reduction stock with a Combtech cheek pad. The system is designed to help reduce felt recoil while preserving the balance and responsive feel of the shotgun.
For hunters who spend long days shooting from a blind or working high-volume waterfowl flights, the added recoil management can make the shotgun noticeably more comfortable to shoot.
Oversized Controls
The SBE 3 features enlarged controls designed to be easier to locate and operate while wearing gloves or working in cold and wet conditions.
That is a practical advantage on a waterfowl shotgun, where loading and operating controls often happens in less-than-ideal weather.
Easy-Locking Bolt System
Benelli's Easy-Locking Bolt System is designed to help the rotating bolt head lock securely into battery even when the action is closed more gently than normal.
This is especially useful when quietly checking or closing the action in the field without wanting to slam the bolt forward.
Red-Bar Front Sight
The 10345 uses a red-bar front sight that provides a bright, easy-to-acquire reference point while keeping the sight picture uncluttered for moving birds.
