Description
Benelli M4 14" Factory Barrel Assembly | 70137
The Benelli 70137 is a genuine factory 14-inch barrel assembly for the Benelli M4 12-gauge shotgun. This is the same short-barrel configuration associated with the M4 Entry platform, giving qualified owners and agencies a factory Benelli option for an NFA-registered short-barreled shotgun.
This is more than a stripped replacement barrel. The 70137 comes with the gas piston assembly already installed, which is an important distinction when comparing complete factory M4 barrel assemblies with bare or aftermarket barrel options.
Factory 14" M4 Barrel
The 70137 uses a 14-inch smoothbore barrel designed for the Benelli M4 platform. The shorter length creates the compact front-end configuration used on Benelli M4 Entry shotguns while retaining the factory M4 gas-operated layout.
For owners building or maintaining an M4 SBS, using the factory barrel assembly keeps the shotgun centered around original Benelli components rather than requiring a cut-down or modified standard-length barrel.
Complete Gas Piston Assembly Installed
The barrel is supplied with the M4 gas piston assembly already installed. That means the major gas-system components associated with the barrel are already in place rather than needing to be separately sourced and fitted.
This is especially useful when replacing an existing Entry barrel or converting a properly registered M4 to the 14-inch factory configuration.
Fixed Cylinder Choke
The 70137 is a smoothbore barrel with a fixed cylinder choke. The fixed configuration keeps the barrel simple and consistent with its intended tactical and Entry-shotgun application.
Factory Front Sight
The barrel is fitted with the front sight assembly required for the M4 sighting system. This preserves the factory sight arrangement when the 14-inch barrel is installed on a compatible shotgun.
Benelli M4 & M1014 Compatibility
The 70137 is intended for compatible Benelli M4 and M1014 12-gauge shotguns. Because barrel and gas-system components are critical operating parts, proper fit and installation should be verified before the firearm is placed into service.
