The RL5-SHIELD-3 provides everything a tactical team needs to respond immediately to high-stress entry operations:

• Mechanical Breaching Kit – Includes a 30” forged steel Halligan (RatBar PB30), 30” forged-jaw bolt cutters (RatCutter BC30), and a 30” long, 6 lb. sledgehammer with composite handle (RatSledge SH30-6). All carried in a heavy-duty backpack with high-visibility retention straps for rapid access.
• Battering Ram (RatRam BR23-C) – 23 lb. engineered ram with flexible handles to reduce shock and vibration during impact.
• Lightweight Ballistic Shield – Compact 16” x 25” shield with NIJ Level III protection (Level IIIA option available upon request). Weighs just 23 lbs. for high mobility without compromising safety.
• Custom Locker – Powder-coated steel cabinet (35″H x 23″W x 9″D) ensures secure storage. Multiple locking mechanisms available.
