Design by Tuhon Rommel Tortal, trained since 1984 by his uncle Grandtuhon Gaje, is a Pekiti-Tirsia Kali master who has served as Chief Tactical Instructor for elite Philippine units like the Marine Force Recon and Presidential Security Group, and trained Special Operations forces internationally.
