The HUXWRX Flow 556 Ti is a dedicated 5.56 suppressor built entirely from Grade 5 titanium using DMLS 3D printing. It weighs 11.4 ounces, measures 6.8 inches long, and has a 1.8-inch diameter. It uses HUXWRX’s patented Flow-Through and Torque Lock technologies, is full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions, and requires no gas system or platform modifications beyond the included QD muzzle device.

Unlike traditional 5.56 suppressors that redirect gas back into the firearm’s action, the Flow 556 Ti directs propellant gases forward and out the front of the suppressor. This reduces back-pressure, limits gas blowback to the shooter’s face, and helps the rifle cycle nearly like it does unsuppressed. No adjustable gas block. No buffer changes. No suppressor-tuned bolt carrier group.

The suppressor body is DMLS 3D printed as a single-piece Grade 5 titanium structure, allowing internal flow channels that cannot be machined or welded conventionally. This delivers lightweight strength, reduced back-pressure, and consistent performance on AR-15 and M4-pattern platforms.

The integrated GeoFlash Cap geometry helps reduce muzzle flash signature, making the Flow 556 Ti a strong choice for low-light environments and night vision use. Mounting is handled by the patented Torque Lock system, which uses left-hand threads that tighten under firing forces instead of loosening. The suppressor installs counter-clockwise onto the QD muzzle device until hand-tight and stays secure under full-auto fire without tools or extra locking mechanisms.
