The Heckler & Koch MR556 A4 11" Pistol represents the latest evolution of HK’s MR556 platform, bringing HK416-derived piston-driven performance into a compact 5.56 NATO configuration. Designed for professional users, serious enthusiasts, and collectors, the MR556 A4 combines HK’s renowned manufacturing standards with modern platform updates for a highly capable and adaptable firearm.
Featuring an 11-inch cold hammer-forged barrel and a short-stroke gas piston operating system, the MR556 A4 provides consistent performance while reducing carbon buildup within the receiver compared to traditional direct impingement systems. The adjustable gas system allows the platform to be configured for both suppressed and unsuppressed operation.
The A4-series MR556 incorporates updated controls and features including an ambidextrous lower receiver, two-stage trigger, and an M-LOK compatible handguard with full-length Picatinny top rail for mounting optics, lights, lasers, and other mission-specific accessories. Built around the same design philosophy that made the HK416 a trusted platform worldwide, the MR556 A4 delivers HK precision, durability, and reliability in a compact semi-automatic pistol configuration.
