Agilite Molle Hanger

The Agilite MOLLE Hanger is a compact mounting panel designed to add MOLLE attachment space to a plate carrier without requiring a dedicated pouch position on the carrier itself. It can be used beneath the front of a plate carrier for the Agilite MD2 Compact Trauma Kit or other compatible trauma pouches.

The MOLLE Hanger can also be positioned beneath a cummerbund as an internal side wing, creating mounting space for compatible magazine, radio, or other MOLLE pouches.

Mounting Options

For medical setups, the MOLLE Hanger can be positioned beneath the plate carrier to provide a mounting point for the MD2 Compact Trauma Kit or another compatible MOLLE trauma pouch.

When used beneath the cummerbund, the hanger functions as an internal side wing for additional MOLLE-mounted equipment. Its QD passthrough slits allow this configuration to be used with compatible quick-release hardware such as FirstSpear Tubes or 2M ROC buckles.
