The Talion XG35 is a high-sensitivity thermal instrument that offers the same performance and image quality all Pulsar products are known for. Its intuitive design allows for easy operation in complete darkness. All of the controls are located on the top panel of the eyepiece, and the focusing ring features a tactile fin-lever – together, these features accommodate usage based on feel alone. Even the battery can be changed in complete darkness thanks to distinctive battery cover design. The heart of the Talion XG35 is a 640x480 uncooled microbolometer, capable of detecting a deer-sized heat signature from up to 1750 meters away. These heat signatures are projected onto a high-definition 1024x768 AMOLED display, and are viewable in 8 distinct color palettes: White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection, and Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase chances for recognition and identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are best suited to long-range observation at night. The selection of different color palettes allows the user to adapt the Talion XG35 to fit their personal preferences, or to suit specific environments. The Talion XG35’s detection abilities are further enhanced by three sensitivity amplification levels, which combines signal amplification, filtration algorithms, and fine brightness/contrast adjustments. The result is significantly improved long-range detection and recognition of game in adverse conditions, defined trophy characteristics on animals, and clear rendering of background/objects in the field of view.

Other features of the Talion XG35 is a cross-platform compatibility. It offers 5 different shooting profiles, 50 zeroing distances, and a selection of 10 reticles in 9 colors, allowing the Talion XG35 to easily be transferred to various rifles and cartridges. The Talion XG35 also features a unique mounting prism with multiple screw points for flexibility and convenience when installing a Talion riflescope on various types of rifles. During installation the user can shift the scope along the rifle to the most comfortable viewing position. The durability of the mount and internal components allows the XG35 to easily withstand recoil up to .375 H&H. In addition, the Talion XG35 features onboard photo and video recording with 16 GB of internal memory. Photos and videos can then be shared to an Android or iOS device via Pulsar’s Stream Vision 2 app.
