Carhart quality at a great deal!
Surprised at the quality of the material stitching, etc. Padding for the elbows is perfect and not bulky at all. I wear XL and this in XL was much bigger. More like jacket size than shirt. Go one size down for shirt sizing. Legitimately a very well made shirt.

Protocol long sleeve shirts
Recently purchased the long sleeve uniform shirt. Fit was great, very comfortable. Recently went hiking in a light rain, went about 2.5 miles and this shirt repelled the water and kept me dry. Shirts are durable and the elbow pads are unobtrusive.
