The Heckler & Koch PCC7 is a long-barreled, shoulder-fired variant of the SP7 platform, engineered as a civilian-legal semi-automatic carbine inspired by the iconic MP7 personal defense weapon. Chambered in the high-performance 4.6 × 30 mm cartridge, the PCC7 offers exceptional accuracy, low recoil impulse, and outstanding controllability, particularly at extended distances.

Featuring a 24 cm (9.45 in) barrel and a fixed shoulder stock, the PCC7 delivers enhanced stability and improved shot placement over more compact configurations. This makes it well-suited for range use, training environments, and professional applications where permitted.
