Description
A blast deflector unlike any other – the Blastphemy is constructed with tried and true 17-4 stainless steel. This device is multi-caliber and is compatible with all HUXWRX HX-QD muzzle brakes and flash hiders (up to .338). The Blastphemy is designed to redirect the blast forward protecting the shooter and bystanders from micro-concussions and overpressure. Additionally, it doubles as a thread protector for your muzzle device. It is ideal for shooting against cover and/or in the prone position. Similar to HUXWRX muzzle devices, the Blastphemy is coated with QPQ black nitride which case-hardens the surface for greater durability and corrosion resistance.
The Blastphemy does NOT mount onto our Bannar muzzle devices.

HuxWrx Blasphemy
I've only fired about 200 rds through this device, and have found it to be fun. I use an indoor range, so the difference to my neighbors is positive. It issues a monster fireball with 5.56 NATO, and at closer ranges, the concussion visibly hits the paper target making for an interesting mag dump. I saw no change in gas exchange, but that's not why I bought it.
