The Prowess is our first tactical boot that was designed specifically for women. Featuring a durable leather and nylon upper and a breathable mesh lining, the Prowess is designed to keep you both comfortable and supported.

  For a durably and highly abrasion resistant upper, we combine our premium leather with nylon panels.
• POLISHABLE TOE
  The polishable synthetic leather on the toe area meets uniform requirements.
• MESH LINING
  Lightweight and breathable for total foot comfort.
• SIDE ZIP
  Get in and out of your boots faster with this semi-locking side zipper. It locks itself closed when its zipped up, yet easily releases when you pull the zipper down.
• EVA MIDSOLE
  Known for its lightweight properties, EVA is a special polymer that provides excellent cushioning.
• DANNER TANICUS OUTSOLE
  Pentagonal lugs give maximum surface contact for grip in a variety of terrain.
• HOW IT FITS
  This boot is built on our DT5 last. This last provides an athletic fit designed with a narrower heel and a lower volume fore- and mid- foot to specifically fit the shape of women’s feet. The sleek, streamlined last is excellent for on or off trail hiking.
