Description
Just swap this drop in conversion with the bolt carrier group from your 5.56/.223 chambered rifle and you will be ready to shoot 22LR. Ships with 3 25rd magazines. For best performance use a round style hammer as notched hammers can cause function issues and 36 grain plated nose bullets have proven to be the best choice for function.

Worked smoothly after a break in period of a few rounds. Experienced issues with only the first 3 rounds, after that I fed it 150 rounds of CCI, Aguila, Blazer, Norma with zero hiccups. Remember to clean after every use as directed by CMMG to keep it running smoothly!

Great kit
This drop in conversion is perfect for a cheaper ammo option and allows you to use your standard rifle. All magazines ran flawlessly and fit in normal mag carriers. The bolt cycled fine with all kinds of ammo.

Flawless Operation!
Works every time! I used Federal match bulk ammo as well as other brands. Be sure that you have rounded hammer for your AR-15 instead of the notched type. You can easily tell if you open your AR and look. I had to replace my hammer to the round one. If you shoot with the notched one, you'll experience many cycling problems.
