The BattleSteel Emergency Bleeding Kit is a compact, purpose-built kit designed for controlling traumatic bleeding in field conditions. It contains five critical components used in prehospital care, active shooter response, and tactical medicine. All items are vacuum-sealed or compactly packed to ensure fast access and minimal bulk. MOLLE-compatible pouch included for mounting to belts, vests, or packs.

• X-Force Rapid Ratchet Tourniquet
  Mechanical ratcheting tourniquet designed for rapid application and high-pressure occlusion. One-handed use capable. Durable construction for repeated training or operational use.
• Celox Z-Fold Rapid Gauze (3” x 5’)
  Chitosan-impregnated hemostatic gauze. Z-folded for rapid packing. Works independently of the body’s natural clotting and has been shown to stop severe bleeding in under 60 seconds.
• Celox Rapid Ribbon
  Narrow-format chitosan gauze designed for treating junctional wounds or deep-entry injuries where standard gauze is less effective.
• Celox Hemostatic Granules (15g)
  Pourable chitosan granules for irregular or deep wounds. Proven effective in high-risk scenarios, including hypothermic and anticoagulated blood.
• Celox Fox Chest Seal (2-Pack)
  Includes one vented and one occlusive seal. For treatment of open chest wounds and prevention of tension pneumothorax. Sterile and individually packed.
