Alpha Industries Men's Slim N-3B Parka Medium
I'm a male, 5-8", 150 lbs, with an athletic build. I bought a size medium and it fits very well. Large would have had sleeves that would be too long in my case. Length of the coat is good for my size as well. I haven't used it in really cold weather yet but I got hot very quickly when trying it on inside in Florida. I think it will work well in the cold. Jacket material is nice and comfy. I'm not a big fan of the synthetic fur quality but thankfully I was able to remove it from the jacket. Mine didn't quite look like the pictures when it came to the fur around the hood. Otherwise it's a great jacket and is sized well for me.
