The Lancer Systems L5 AWM Magazine is a polymer and steel hybrid that combines the best features of each material. The one-piece steel feed lip unit is permanently fixed to the polymer body. The steel is hardened so the dimensions will not change in long term storage or rough use.

The PTFE coating ensures the steel will not rust. The polymer body is designed with an internal dimension that is a constant curve, combined with a no-tilt follower for maximum reliability in feeding 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition. The steel feed lip assembly and the polymer body are corrosion and chemical resistant. The floor plate slides off similar to a USGI magazine for cleaning and maintenance.

    Alternative to Magpul

    Arrived in a timely manner. Exactly as described. Been using Magpuls but was worried about lip fatigue as I store mine loaded. Lips and construction seem solid but want know until a significant amount of time weather the magazines lips will hold up

    Excellent Mags

    I run 300BLK supers and subs. These mags run subs perfectly. I separate my ammo types using these mags for subs and regular mags for supers for quick and easy identification. These work perfectly well for super too, so enjoy them that way if you want.

    I thought these mags were going to be meme mags due to the color choices. I purchased opaque black ones for 5.56 and the dedicated 300 black ones in translucent smoke to tell them apart easily. Turns out they are the best mags I have. Thanks!

    Best mags out there

    I use these for both 300 Blackout and 5.56. I just mark them different. They never fail even at full auto. The 300 blackout specific mags are great with the heavy subsonic. I use Lancer for my 7.62 nato Sr25 stuff too.
